MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Full participation in this activity requires that you read this membership agreement set forth below.   

2. When inviting someone to the community it will be your direct responsibility to make sure that they have read and agree to the guidelines and disclaimer as described herein with submission of completed information below.

3. You will have gifting funds immediately available and identify 2 individuals with their names, email address, phone number that you will provide to your sponsor upon enrollment. If you are unable to find 2 team members at the time of enrollment you will be able to participate but you may not be placed in a fast track process.  When we collectively add new members, the quicker you rotate through the donation process.

4. Once enrolled, you will be invited to join our private “Telegram” group. You will download and sign up for this app in order to monitor the activities of our group, participate in private chats, shared documents, special invitations to live calls, etc.

5. Once you are the recipient of a community gift in the final stage of our program you will reenter the program by re-gifting the equivalent of your initial onetime, fixed dollar amount in order to help your direct line go through the process.   

6. You will donate an admin fee determined by your group once you have received your community gift.

***ALL MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO GIFT!  IF AT ANYTIME A MEMBER DOES NOT DONATE AFTER BEING ADDED TO A TEAM, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE COMMUNITY***

DISCLAIMERS

By joining this gifting community, you agree that any gifts sent to others are at your own risk and is non-refundable. We expressly recommend you consult an attorney and/or accountant to see if the submission of your monetary gifts in this fashion violates any laws governed by the state/country you reside in.  Always do your own research before joining this group as we accept no liability for any transactions occurred in error.

There is no guaranteed time frame as to how long it will take for you to receive your gifts after you have gifted someone. But keep in mind, when we collectively add new members, the quicker you rotate through the gifting process. Please do not make false promises when inviting new members to join our community.

1-Love Community and Sow For Wealth administration team is not responsible for sending or receiving gifts on your behalf. We are not responsible for any errors that are made on your part. 

GIFTING STATEMENT

I do hereby declare under penalties of perjury that the following statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and understanding. Any and all property of any nature that I transfer from my ownership into possession of the recipient is intended as a gift and not as an investment. I have not been sold anything nor have not purchased anything and I have not been offered any opportunity to do so.

I perceive no agreement between myself and the recipient of my gift and I expect no profit, benefit, nor opportunity of any nature in consideration of the property that has been transferred as a gift. I believe that I am totally within the law as it pertains to activities as herein described.

My intent is to give a Non-Refundable gift to an individual and I do not intend to gift as an investment or as a payment for which I am owed anything of any value or nature. I understand that 1-Love Community and Sow For Wealth accept only gifts. I have agreed under this gift contract to not reassert any rights to the property that I now give freely as a gift to another individual.
